How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 5 years as a bank teller

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
