How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 4 years as an office manager

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
