How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 4 years as a forklift operator

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
