How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 3 years as a software tester

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
