How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 18 years as an office manager

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
