How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 18 years as a paralegal

Since my layoff as a paralegal I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
