How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 18 years as a nurse's aide

Since my layoff as a nurse's aide I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
