How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 18 years as a hotel front-desk agent

Since my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I have no real structure. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
