How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 18 years as a delivery driver

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
