How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 17 years as an HR coordinator

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
