How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 17 years as a call-centre agent

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
