How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 16 years as an accounts payable clerk

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
