How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a welding apprentice

Since my layoff as a welding apprentice I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
