How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a security officer

Since my layoff as a security officer I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
