How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a logistics coordinator

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
