How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a dental hygienist

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
