How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a delivery driver

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
