How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 15 years as a call-centre agent

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
