How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 13 years as a software tester

Since my layoff as a software tester I have no real structure. I worked as a software tester before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
