How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 13 years as a recruiter

Since my layoff as a recruiter I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
