How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 13 years as a paralegal

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
