How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 13 years as a janitorial supervisor

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
