How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 13 years as a graphic designer

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
