How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 12 years as a store manager

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
