How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 12 years as a recruiter

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
