How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 11 years as an operations analyst

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
