How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 11 years as a graphic designer

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
