How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 11 years as a bookkeeper

Since my layoff as a bookkeeper I have no real structure. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
