How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 10 years as an HR coordinator

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
