How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 10 years as an accounts payable clerk

Since my layoff as an accounts payable clerk I have no real structure. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
