How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 10 years as a paralegal

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
