How do you organise your week after a layoff?, accounts payable clerk here

Since my layoff as an accounts payable clerk I have no real structure. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
