How do you organise your week after a layoff?, accountant here

Since my layoff as an accountant I have no real structure. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
