How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
