How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a mechanic I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
