How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
