How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 9 months and counting

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
