How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 9 months and counting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
