How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 9 months and counting

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. It has been a long 26 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
