How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 9 months and counting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a security officer before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
