How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. It has been a long 18 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
