How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 8 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
