How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 8 months and counting

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. It has been a long 3 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
