How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
