How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
