How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a marketing coordinator I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
