How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 7 months and counting

Since my layoff as a customer-service rep I have no real structure. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
