How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as an IT help-desk technician I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
