How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 6 months and counting

Since my layoff as a home health aide I have no real structure. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
