How do you organise your week after a layoff? - 6 months and counting

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
